Our standard shipping time in the EU is 2-3 working days. 
For orders outside the EU, shipping can take between 2-5 working days depending on your region.

We strive to get your order delivered to you in the fastest time possible, but delays may occur on occasion, should our shipment partners be under strain.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel or modify your order by sending us an email at info@curaloe.com with your order number and the changes. If it is shipped already, please place a new order and just return the unwanted items

If you return an item requesting a refund within 30 days of the item being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. Please ensure the product is unused and in its’ original packaging. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information
