How long does it take to ship an order?

If you order on workdays before 9pm we will ship your order from the Netherlands on the same day. 

What are your shipping costs? 

For orders above € 75,- we don't charge shipping costs.  For orders below € 75,- we charge the rates below: 

Netherlands & Belgium € 4,95 
Germany € 4,95 
Other EU countries € 9,95
UK, Nordics & Eastern Europe € 39,95  

Track & Trace information

Each shipment has a Track and Trace code, you can track your order with our partner DHL. If you have not received the order within the stated delivery time, we advise you to contact us. This can be done via info@curaloe.com. We will deal with your question as soon as possible.

Which payment systems are possible? At Curaloe-shop.com you can complete the order with Ideal, Paypal or Credit card.

How can I return my order? If you want to return the order, please send an e-mail to info@curaloe.com. Then we will help you with the return process.
