Terms and Conditions for the Skincare Giveaway Competition

1. Organizer: The Skincare Giveaway competition (hereafter referred to as "Competition") is organized and run by Curaloe, whose registered office is at Siriusdreef 17, Hoofddorp, 2132 WT, Netherlands.

2. Giveaway Details: The giveaway prize consists of a set of skincare products including an anti-wrinkle cream, a day cream, a night cream, and a vanity bag, collectively valued at 85 euros. The contents of the prize are subject to availability and may vary slightly from the description provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Eligibility: This Competition is open to all individuals living in Europe, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Curaloe, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the Competition are excluded from participation.

4. Competition Period: The Competition commences on 28 March 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on 3 April 2024. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must engage with the designated post on social media by liking the post, commenting on it, and sharing it. Each action (like, comment, share) will earn the participant one entry into the competition.

6. Selection of Winner: The winner will be selected by a random winner selection app based on a valid entry, as detailed above. The decision of the app is final and binding.

7. Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on 5 April 2024 on Curaloe's Social Media Channels & Website. The winner will also be contacted directly via the social media platform they used to enter for their delivery address. Should we not receive a response from the winner within one week of receiving communication from Curaloe, another winner will be selected.

8. Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered to the winner's provided address within a reasonable time frame after the winner has been confirmed. The organizing company is not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during the delivery process.

9. Entry Conditions: By entering this Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

10. Publicity: By entering the competition, participants grant the organizing company the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the competition, including but not limited to announcements on social media channels and the company's website, without additional compensation.

11. Data Privacy: Any personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and prize fulfillment. By participating in the competition, entrants' consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data in accordance with the organizing company's privacy policy.

12. Liability: Curaloe is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize.

13. Rights: Curaloe reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.

14. Jurisdiction: The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by The Netherland's Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherland.

15. Acknowledgment: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platforms on which it is promoted.
