However, in case you don’t find your product to your liking, we’re not going to play any games with you as long as the reason is legit, for example;

Our first-time purchase money-back guarantee makes shopping with us worry-free. To use our money-back guarantee, notify our customer service team and tell us why the product wasn't an objective fit for you, and we’ll get you a refund or other product. We will only ask that you try it out for at least 4 weeks to give it a fair shot.

Our guarantee is valid for first-time purchases, and redeemable up to 60 days after the purchase date. Note that the guarantee isn’t valid for multiple items of the same category, in which case your products may be applicable for a return. In case you buy two items or more of the same type of product including variants, only one is valid for money-back.

The Money back guarantee or returns is not valid on any personalised items with logos or monogramming added. Shipping fee will not be refunded.

Why we don’t offer free returns?

Our decision to not offer free returns is based on our genuine concern for the environment.

In the case you want to make a return, we have ensured that the return shipment is climate compensated, and thus we charge for the shipment €10 per item.
